We patch your Stripe subscription quantity every night

A scheduled job counts your active workers and updates the Stripe subscription quantity if it changed. Mid-period changes are billed via Stripe's standard proration (you only pay for the days the new quantity was active).

All payment data is held by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We never see card numbers or store them on our infrastructure. Stripe Customer IDs are the only thing we keep — visible in your Stripe Dashboard under Customers → ID = (not yet created).
